Diagnostic and psychometric tools can also be used to support coaching. The Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) is a forced-choice assessment that identifies a person's preferred conflict-handling style. The TKI helps people understand how different conflict styles affect personal and group dynamics.
