At the Performance Practice we provide solutions and services for individuals, teams and organisations. As a first step, we will discuss your needs and determine if coaching is the right option. There is no “off the shelf” coaching program, because coaching is bespoke to you. What we work in in coaching will be influenced by what you want to focus on and the outcome you are seeking from your investment of time and money.
Coaching sessions are normally scheduled every 3 weeks. A 6-hour coaching engagement would normally run over a 4-6 month period. A 10-hour coaching engagement would run over a 9-12 month period, but some coaching relationships extend well beyond a year.
We support our clients across a wide spectrum of topics including: shifting from operational to strategic, overcoming your inner critic, building better relationships and influencing others. Identifying your strengths and development areas ensuring you have a plan to build your capabilities.

There are hundreds of different psychometric tests and leadership assessments, measuring everything from psychological fitness to cognitive ability, skills and performance. Diagnostic and psychometric tools can also be used to support coaching. I have chosen to be certified in a number of these, but their use will always be carefully matched to the client’s coaching objective. Examples of tools I use are Hogan, Emotional Intelligence 360, Learning Agility, Big 5 Strategy Assessment and LSI.
For many years I have been mentoring and coaching and I am pleased to say I am certified by EICL against the International Coaching Federations framework.
