Drawing on over two decades of hands-on experience at the intersection of people, strategy, and organisational effectiveness, Sally Dwyer established The Performance Practice (TPP) in 2012. Her vision was to create a different kind of HR partnership—one designed to help organisations of all sizes unlock the full potential of their people, even when facing the most complex challenges.
Sally’s extensive career spans executive HR leadership roles within some of the world’s most innovative and respected organisations, including Barclays, Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie Group and Accenture. This deep, diverse background has provided her with a unique perspective, allowing her to understand firsthand what truly drives success—and what hinders it—across industries ranging from FMCG’s, Financial Services, Education and Media.
